Okta telephony inline hook API integration

If you currently use SMS to deliver a one-time passcode for your Okta MFA authentication you now need to bring-your-own Telephony Provider that you can integrate via the Okta Telephony Inline Hook service.

Our Okta API integration allows simple and secure access to our cloud-based SMS services and provides reporting on SMS volume via the Fujifilm SMS Message Centre.

Okta administrators can quickly and easily transition to the Fujifilm SMS service by making simple configuration changes within the Okta administration console.

We understand that IT integrations can vary in complexity, so we offer a range of solutions from simple email triggers to robust API access.

Business messaging API. A fully featured messaging API that includes the ability to submit batches from 1 to 5000 records, message scheduling, job cancellation, opt-out management and suppression, and full reporting via API or accessed through the Message Centre App.

Messaging via secure file transfer. Enable message sending and receiving from your legacy business and other internal business applications through securely exchanging batch files in any format via sFTP. Ideal for clients with systems unable to integrate to external APIs, our solutions facilitate file exchange, intricate data processing, tailored rule application, and detailed reporting.

Triggering SMS via email. SMS messages can be triggered by emailing a nominated address, a handy option when API or file integration is not easy to achieve, offering a swift integration option. Fujifilm ensures this method's security with a range of protective measures.

One Time Password (OTP) Service. Our services can be used to transmit a token value that will be used for an OTP token. Alternatively. a standalone OTP service is also available that can generate OTP tokens, distribute to the user, and validate the token.  This service can be directly consumed by your applications if required. 

Self-service with Message Centre. An easy to use web application allowing you to setup and execute campaigns, report on performance, and configure the environment via full role based access.

Take control of your mobile communications. Fujifilm’s Message Centre lets you setup, schedule, and trigger SMS and MMS messages, view dashboards, chat with your customers, access reporting, administer your Sender-ID, and many other features, all from a user friendly browser application.

Easy message sending

Quick and easy setup of campaigns by loading a CSV file, entering a list mobile numbers, or selecting a contact list. Variable data can be included within the message to add personalisation, and a preview is provided for message appearance.

Access the Message Centre App through either a username and password with MFA enforced or via Single-Sign-On (SSO) integrated to your corporate identity provider. Role based access controls are provided to limit access to features and data to only who needs it.

Self-service administration

Administer your Sender-ID’s (AlphaTags and Virtual Numbers) , automation rules and opt-out rules, lists of unsubscribes, and so directly yourself; with access to this functionality controlled by our strong role based access controls.
